I love that Saint Ignatius was willing to change, to heal not just his broken bones but his soul. His spirituality calls us all to quiet ourselves, spend time with the Lord, know His Word, and live among others with Love.
One of the great gifts he gave the world is the Examen, a brief spiritual exercise that invites you closer to God by examining your day through His eyes. I admit, I have yet to build a daily habit, but this feast day is a good time to learn or renew this practice. Here's how it works:
