On March 6, Ash Wednesday, St. James will celebrate the following Masses for the distribution of ashes: 6:30am, 8:30am, Noon, and 7:30pm. While not a Holy Day of Obligation, Ash Wednesday is an important event in the liturgical year, as well as a day of abstinence, and helps us prepare for our journey through Lent, toward Easter, together.
