The Diocese of Arlington, as part of its quarterly meeting series, will offer the program, "Building a Parish Response to the Opioid Crisis," on Wednesday, August 7, from 10:00am to 1:00pm, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8710 Mt. Vernon Highway, Alexandria,VA.
The program will allow a frank discussion of the ongoing nationwide opioid epidemic, and how the epidemic is impacting the Diocese of Arlington. The program is a vital part of the Diocese's efforts to "provide a spiritual and supportive response to individuals and families struggling with opioid addiction, as well as spread awareness about the crisis." Lunch will be provided to all attendees. Please RSVP by August 2 to HopeNotOpioids@ccda.net.
