The Saint James Social Outreach Committee's Food Distribution Program is in critical need of donations to serve the hungry in our parish and the City of Falls Church for the October 2 food distribution. Items most needed are the following “staple” items: canned chicken or tuna, cereal, dry beans (no larger than 3 lbs.), rice (no larger than 3 lbs.), peanut butter, jelly/jam, pasta, pasta sauce, hearty soups, canned fruit. Please no glass jars, bulk, or very large items because these items make it tough on our volunteers. Items can be left in the back of the church. May the Lord bless you for your genorosity.
