The Saint James PTO is thrilled to announce the return of our Bazaar with a few modifications. The White Elephant will be held outside this year so our collection window will be much shorter. The event will be held outside in the teacher lot of the school, which is the small parking lot on Broad Street.
Donations can be brought to Heller Hall during the following times:
· October 20th 4:00pm-8:00pm
· October 21st 8:00am-8:00pm
Sale hours will be 8:00am-8:00pm both Friday the 22nd and Saturday the 23rd. We cannot accept upholstered furniture, rugs, art, picture frames, books, electronics of any kind, or stuffed animals. We plan to have a book sale later this year, so please hang on to any books for now.
Friday, October 22nd

· 5:00pm-8:00pm-Games in Lot B
· 5:30pm-9:00pm-Italian Night in Heller Hall
· 6:00pm-9:00pm-Snack Bar in Lot B
Saturday, October 23rd
· 8:00am-8:00pm-White Elephant
· 3:00pm-4:30pm-Little Kids Happy Hour Games (Third grade and younger)
· 3:00pm-6:00pm-Snack Bar
· 3:00pm-8:00pm-Bake Sale
· 4:30pm-6:00pm-Games for kids of all ages
· Snack bar is open during games
· 5:00pm-8:00pm-Beer Garden and Food Trucks
· 6:00pm-Outdoor movie for the kids in Lot B
· Adults can come relax in the beer garden and grab some food from our food trucks during the movie.
